This comes as a corrected complaint which was made directly to BPM. In error a charge was made to my account in the amount of $69.93 for a 6 months subscription instead of the single monthly charge of about $20.00. A supervisor immediately corrected the error which should be posted back into my account within 48 hours. It is human to err; so does technology.
