I live in puerto rico and placed an order in thatpetplace, and followed every istructions like they say in the page, and the my shipping was 22.99 and I placed, later that day, they called me saying that they can't honor the shipping quotes and my new shipping are 79.00. I feel like they are stealing my money, why they have an automated shipping system when they are not going to honor the prices? read full review »
