I was trying to fill out for a S.S. Replcement Card on line for my grandon who has lot his card and I had filled out the information, which did not ask me for hi number. Then I filled out my information for $29.92 for the fee to get to additional forms to fill out when I downloaded the information for the Social Security card to be replaced.
