I ordered a bedroom set and furniture sectional. Both sets came in damaged or incorrect. I had to set up a time to have the repair men come and replace parts. The Place Furniture Galleries disassociates it self from your order once it's delivered. You are forced to deal directly with the repair men. The repair men didn't show up and the replacement parts ordered were damaged. Customer service never followed up with me or the repair men. There is a BIG lack of communication.
