Approx: 5 weeks ago, my connection failed on the 2nd computer, not the main {wireless}. It looked like the wire from the adaptor failed. I purchased another USB wire for the adaptor. No luck. I called RR and they responded quickly as normal. However the tech or installer missed a major item. My desktop was working. When he got done I had nothing. RR advised me to have my CPU checked.
