I used this company from late 2003 for my phone calls and internet provider. I was on dial up pay as you go (daytime plus) which requires you to have a BT phone line. I had so much trouble with this company i.e.days of not being able to access the internet in the times I was paying for 8am to 6pm 7 days a week and being cut off when I was in the middle of doing something on the computer.
