I ordered flowers internationally using iflorist in April, but there was no flower delivery. The web page said 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I contacted them in late April and told them there was no flower delivery so I would like to have the refund. They apparently were helpful and said immediately process the refund. I waited for the refund to appear on my credit statement, but no refund.
