Concerning Fitness Evolution in Uptown. I cancelled my membership in January for reasons other than customer service. After cancelling, I received a bill in Feb. and March. Again, I called to ask why I was still receiving bills after I cancelled. I was informed that I had signed a year contract (I was not aware of that or else I would not have signed an agreement) and that I would have to get billed until my contract was up.
