I know I cancelled out this service 2 months ago after the free time expired. But they say I didn't because it doesn't show up on the acount as being cancelled and so they've been taking out 19.95 out of my account at the bank for the last 2 months that I did not authorize. I want that money put back into my account as soon as possible. It will show on their records that it was cancelled out today 7-15-2011, but I originally cancelled back in May. Can you please do something about get my refund put back into my bank account? Thank You read full review »
