I had made a reservation online and a few days later received an email with a rate much less than the original rate. I showed this to the customer service person at the desk in Orlando and was told that he would talk to the manager. The rep then came back and told me the manager said no. I then asked for the manager and he came out. I then told him about the rate (he seemed that this was the first that he heard about it) and he said " I only push orders here".
