The transition from Wachovia to Wells Fargo in Florida is a disaster! Their Banking on Line system is the worse I have seen. It is less than user friendly, slow, and inflexible. When I got on line to make a payment I could not find the payee name, but only the reference that was included in the Wachovia system. You are expected to use the nick name in order to ID the payee...in many instances the space is not long enough to include the entire payee's name.
