After purchasing the ECHO pen, it worked for a couple of days, then it stopped uploading the data to my computer. I contacted LIVESCRIBE for support, and they referred me to their site to figure out for myself and try to find a solution. They have no live support, their phone system DOES NOT RESPOND. It is now over a month, and I have not heard from them. Very frustrating. read full review »
