I landed on the website for a pet question. The site offered a free trial. Just ask a question. If you like the results to can continue with a monthly subscription or pay as you go. I decided if I liked the results I would go with the month subscription. I posted my question. Didn't get a response. Finally more than a day later received an email I could go find my answer. It wasn't an answer it was requesting more information from me. I never received an answer and asked that my free trial be ended immediately. They charged me for... read full review »
