I still can not believe how awful my experience with PC Richards has been. I purchased 4 appliances and each one was installed improperly. While installing the refrigerator, the installer peirced the pipe without turning the water off and flooded my basement. He also had the nerve to yell at me to bring him buckets and towels (and of course again, when I did not bring enough towels because 6 beach towels couldn't mop up the mess).
