This is a letter explaining why the New York Post has a registered sex offender-pedophile on their staff as a photographer. The only conclusion that we can make as to the reasoning behind this, is that this individual in question-Timothy Pedo Wiencis is certifiably insane and crazy enough to get photo shots that a sane person would never even think of trying to get.
