I hired Mr. Bebereia to represent me in my divorce case. The hearing was set for January 5, 2010. We had a conference with the other party for 3 hours to negotiate all the financial terms. At the end Mr Bebereia chose NOT to do a written stipulation but an oral one. I have to stress out that the other party is DEAF.
