I had a gentleman who saw me looking for some bids on having a very fancy Patio and block pathway leading to the patio built in my backyard along with a nice size swimming pool which the pathway also would lead to. I had gotten a total of six bids before this man approached me. He had introduced himself as Mr. West, but he told me that I could call him T. West. I was surprised when he gave me a bid for the whole job, Pool, Patio, and Pathway of $2300.00, which was about half of what was the next lowest bid.
