Ordered multiple items from Butler White several months ago and payed right away with my Visa credit card. About a month later I contacted them and asked where my things were, and they said that one item was out of stock (even though the webpage had indicated that they had plenty in stock when I ordered). The item would arrive shortly. Two weeks later I contacted them again and got the same answer. This time I asked them to remove the out of stock item from my order and send the rest.
