i'm just confused about the terms of services provided by celcom broadband, about a year ago i've decided to terminate my broadband subscription and the agent said to pay the overdue payment first but do not worry because the celcom broadband subscription is already terminated, but yesterday i received a letter saying that the subscription is still ongoing and now i have to pay for rm 400 something..what exactly happen here? read full review »
