I purchased an RCA 46" LCD HDTV 3 years ago. Within the first year, the sound went out of the tv. I had to drive the tv 50 miles to have it repaired (warranty) only to be told it couldn't be fixed and they gave me a replacement (though it was not the same model). Two years later, the exact same thing happens only this time they say there is nothing they can do except extend unwarrantied service.
