Paul's Jaguar customer service is the Worst I have experienced in some time. Their moto is the customer is always wrong or stupid and they are always right. In my case Paul's Jaguar recovered a Jaguar XJS Center Console, yet failed to inform me that they were "Modifying" the original Jaguar design which exposed a raw leather edge when fitted.
