I was a new customer to this company and this location. I had a scheduled appointment/consultation of which I arrived 5 minutes early. I was told to sign in and wait. I was the only person in the shop other than the receptionist. 15 minutes later the receptionist said, "I just got a text from (name) and she is at the doctor and will be late. Do you want to reschedule?"
