I purchased this item, I was so excited. I hate chemical smells and we have a history of cancer in my family, so this was perfect. I used it a few times, then I noticed something wasn't right. The head of the machine wasn't pushing water and I thought I was doing something wrong. So I switched heads and that fixed the problem, at least I thought it did.
