I have a "statement" (which clearly states that it is not an "invoice"), but can find nowhere on this which tells me how to pay it online. There is not a telephone number to call. WHAT GIVES???? I will purposely try to not go on any more of these toll roads. It lists the tag# as "DNT.06655889. Please respond so I can pay this in a timely manner! read full review »
