They are a lemon laundering facility. They purchase at auction known manufacturer-buybacks (i.e branded-title lemons), and frame damages cars with known structural repairs, etc. Texas law requires that lemons and buybacks have manufacturer disclosure documents, and have disclosure tags hung off of the rear-view mirror, even if the buyback occured in another state -- THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO THAT!!!
