Fire at Days Inn Hotel in Catonsville, MD. Lost $200.00 worth of personal belongings. Days Inn customer service took my reservation, took my money and now tell me I have to go to the owners of the hotel. I have been leaving messages for 8 days with Corporate. CEO Tom Conforti does nothing. CEO of Days Inn, Eric Danziger does nothing. I keep getting voice mails, no return calls. All this for a lousy $200.00.
