This Doctor did an HIV test on me without informing me or asking my consent. The law states they must ask. Of course it came back Neg. But, the issue is that she ran it without my permission. She works for the VA and now the VA is covering up for her. She is also stating that she forgot to enter my approval in my records. Hog wash. I was never asked. She is shielded by the government and there is nothing we can do. I have filed through the system and they state she has done no wrong doing. Hog wash.
