I called them to replace a rusty hose between the wall and a toilet in my house. They told me on the phone that the charge will be $95 for a service fee plus whatever the job will cost. The tech came and it took him about 20 minutes to replace the hose and he also had to change the fosset (both in 20 minutes). Once he was done, he handed me a $475 bill. He said that the job (20 minutes) is $380 and there is the additional $95 service fee. I was outraged for both the price and for also not stating that to me upfront.
