Last year (2010) my utility bill was extremely high and my house would not stay cool. I then decided to buy an AC unit. I looked through the phone book and found the first company in the book- big mistake. The company I found was right from the book of hell. A representative came out and stated I needed a new handler and unit. I got suckered, he used the old-- this deal want last on me. I got suckered in purchasing a unit that day.
