I am getting the same run around from sears. I purchased this washer and dryer pair and am now not able to recieve it. They told me at the time of purchase that I would not be able to recieve it untill Feb 2009 and that was fine by me. Now I am told I can not recieve it at all. The washer and dryer combo options that they want to replace it with is a joke. The replacement washer and dryers offered are reguler price what I paid for the samsung on sale.
