Channel 18 has been removed from our BASIC cable lineup due to a dispute with Time Warner cable. This has been going on for about a month. TW refuses to provide any info on what is happening with the problem. There is no substitute programming. Our franchise agreement says that we are supposed to get a credit on our bill when there is a channel disruption. This is not being done.
