The valueplus website wouldn't work for me, so I could never view any coupons, rebates or even contact information to cancel my membership (which I didn't want in the first place). I did some searching online and found consumerfraudreporting.org website with contact information (see below). I called the number suggested (952) 258-2000 and was met with friendly staff who cancel led the membership. I had to ask for a confirmation number.
