First of all this company does not have a phone number to call and resolve issues so you are forced to do everything through email. I run a small cell phone repair shop and purchased well over 3,000 from them over a period of 3 months. I had several issues with the quality of some of their parts. Since they do not have a contact number I was forced to deal with them through email.
