My contracted ended March 2011 and I did not renew. All was fine and then I was charged on my credit card for $26.75. When I contacted them they stared I was re-newed and needed to prove to them in writing that I did not renew. THe girl on the phone was very rude (Her name was Kitt #522) and I could not speak to a supervisor as they would say the same thing. THIS COMPAY HAS CHANGED HANDS AND THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY ANYWAY THEY CAN. YOU WILL NOW NEVER BE ABLE TO CANCELL. read full review »
