I purchased this appliance and it worked well for a short time. Now it does not work at all. I have researched the problem and it is not cost effective to repair. I am out of pocket to the tune of $1000 dollars. Whirlpool will not even talk to me or anyone else from the reviews that I have read. Therefore my solution to this problem, I am going to remove this microwave from my house and throw it in the trash, take my loss, and I guarrante that I will never buy Whirlpool produts again and I will convence everyone I know to do the same.
