Laptop arrived broken. After charging I unplugged to computer and the volume control went nuts. I began to turn itself up and down at will every 5-10 seconds. Then the computer would shut down for no apparent reason or it would just freeze up completely. When I went to the tech support area of Ailenware many other people were complaining about these problems.
