Consumers want to see how a business takes care of business. All businesses will receive complaints. How those businesses respond to those complaints is what separates good businesses from bad businesses. At issue is a deposit which the weld house promised but failed to return. I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on August 24, 2011. They communicated my dispute to the weld house.
