I ordered 2 couches for my business on Sept 3, 2011. After waiting 6 weeks and never even receiving a tracking number for my order I attempted to call customer service. I was on hold for about an hour and finally someone talked to me, but had no answers as to when or where the couches were. They had already taken the money out of my acct only a week after i placed the order.
