I would strongly discourage anyone looking to stay at EASYFLAT. The company is unprofessional, incompetent & delivers the most shocking level of customer service. My brother provided them with 1 month's notice when deciding to move, and although he had departed the room (making sure it was left in the same condition which he found it) by the correct date - they are STILL refusing to refund the deposit that is LAWFULLY owed to him!
