HORRIBLE! After signing up and putting together an order online (everything showed as in stock), I was then instructed to call to actually place the order? I called, had to redo the order and provide all the information again. This was on October 8th. My card was charged on the 10th, with outrageous shipping price. Today is the 16th. I've heard NOTHING from AValive. I just now called again, to learn they DO NOT HAVE the items in stock... WTF? I've canceled the order and now wait to see if an when they refund my money.
