I ordered a pair of skecher shape-ups for my brother(who is on disability and financially strapped), and he tried to wear them, but they hurt his legs. I returned them within the 60-day periord for a refund. I never received an emai from Shoe-Buy, but they returned the shoes, and advised they could not credit my account because the shoes had been worn.
