She is a crimminal of the worst kind. I would suggest anyone that got scammed by her to file with the Better Business Bureau in Reno, Nevada where she operates this super shady business. I don't know if any of you noticed she sell all her junks using trademark infringement. She uses the titles of Pottery Barn Kids/William Sonoma, John Lennon, Olive Kids, etc. to bring attention to her items on Ebay.com, Itsy.com and her own website of 3bottonsn2bows.
