Did not send me the same coat as the one on their item page, sent me a different one, ignored my note for contact in the checkout, wouldn't answer my phone calls. Finally emailed me back to say I could not return the coat or anything, and OVERCHARGED me for the coat to boot! HORRIBLE TERRIBLE company that were rude and uncaring. I recommend Crab Apple Boutique, Recurrent Dreams, or Little Fashions Boutique as alternatives. Would rather have my child go naked then shop there! read full review »
