I'm so sorry to have to write this review, but here it goes... I took a really nasty fall at a Braum's a few months ago. The help, at that time, were all very nice to me. They insisted I go to the hospital and that they would pay my bills. However, when it came down to it, Braum's has refused to help me at all. In fact, when I spoke with their corporate person, he was down right demeaning to me. If you think Braum's is a customer-friendly place, unfortunately, you'd better think again! read full review »
