I went through the process on their site to get a passport. Two days later a death in the family occurred and I wrote them to refund my 129.00. I explained the situation and at first got no response. A couple of days later they posted the transaction and 129.00 was taken out of my account. I wrote them again asking form my 129.00 back and go some of the nastiest emails as responses I've ever gotten from a company...
