We parked there from Friday December 9th until Sunday the 11th. Upon picking up our car, we found the Navigation was stolen from our console. No windows were smashed so one of their employees clearly stole it. We filled out a police report and customer service basically said there is nothing we can do about it because it's our word vs. theirs. I will be pursuing this to the fullest and encourage you all to do that same. I also plan to reach out to all of the local new channels to investigate their business practices. I will also consider a lawsuit considering so many people have had damage, dents and thefts. read full review »
