The service at igongzai (Suntec) is damn bad. And the comments stated above is true. I have ordered 3 figurines from them, but none of them look alike. I would say only the hairstyle looks alike. When comparing the photo with the end result of the figurine, they are totally different face/person. And the paint work sucks. if there is any defects on the 'body' itself, they can't change it or amend it. They just told me that all their stocks are like that.
