I called this company to get a refund for some software I was unsatisfied with. They said "no problem" and immediately refunded the order. I didn't have to contact the bank or anything. No sweat. I was literally on the phone for 2 minutes taking care of this issue. read full review »

I see a lot of complaints about this company being a scam or fraud and I just wanted to put my 2 cents in. I had seen a charge on my statement for this company and had no idea what it was. I was going to dispute it when my bank told me give them a call. I was very angry when I called because I was thinking "who are you and why are you taking my money!?" So I gave cleverbridge a call and they were very helpful in helping me identify the charge despite my frustration.
