After a year of paying this company $900 a month the debt resolution and them doing absolutely nothing, myndebt wi penalties and interest continued to rise quickly. I received a court notice that a credit card company had filed a suit against us. I immediately called and faxed the court notice to Persels and was told all they had to do is have the court date postponed and the best thing to do at this point is file bankruptcy.
