My wife and I were trying to get quotes for shipping a car from New Jersey to Chicago. My wife called and spoke with the "owner" and he was nothing but rude to her. She asked him some very general, basic questions anyone would want to know or ask. I wasn't there for the conversation, and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I decided to call myself. I wasn't on the phone for more than 20seconds before he said something rude to me. When I asked him why he was being rude, he said, because I can, and hung up on me. It will be worth it to spend more money if need be to get a company that respects their customers. read full review »
